The Ence Homes Legacy

Ence Brothers, Jay and Quentin, founded Ence Homes, in 1957, with their dream of building quality new homes in their hometown of St. George, Utah. Throughout the next forty years, Jay and Quentin worked together to be an active part of the growing community. They taught their children the family business, with focus on integrity and hard honest work. Their first home sold for $17,000, and their dream has grown to more than 10,000 homes throughout Southern Utah and Mesquite, Nevada.

This is the legacy that Quentin's sons: Kim, Tracy, and Troy, assumed when they purchased the family business in 1996. The new generation of Ence brothers is committed to the legacy of yesterday; and, is equally committed to provide prompt, courteous customer-service and build quality, innovative, and energy-efficient homes.
